# Anivar A Aravind — anivar.net

> Ideas, research and engineering on how technology becomes institutions, and how those institutions preserve accountability, legitimacy and human agency. He leads that platform's move to AI-native delivery — agents in the delivery path, with the governance to keep it auditable. Member of the ICANN Neo-Brahmi Generation Panel and contributor to ECMAScript, Unicode and IDNA. Earlier he led the work that put Indian languages on the internet, and the move of Kerala's school system onto free software. Petitioner in Anivar Aravind v. Ministry of Home Affairs (Aarogya Setu, Karnataka High Court, W.P No. 7483 of 2020).
